Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with senior leaders in Wealth and USCC to hire at Managing Director level. You will own end-to-end recruitment, engage with HR and compensation, and build talent pools while driving process improvements and strategic initiatives.

You will act as SME for executive hiring, manage can-didate engagements with senior stakeholders, and lead projects focused on CRM development, data and reporting to enhance the candidate and

Qualifications

• 10+ in-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
• Experience recruiting senior business roles.
• Network and knowledge of senior talent within Wealth/Consumer Cards environment.
• Experience engaging with senior candidates and presenting this talent to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and able to craft offers.
• Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment activity including stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
• Act as the recruiter for critical hiring across the books of work.
• Serve as SME across hiring, managing both internal and external talent for the business and HR partners
• Coordinate with HR, Talent management and Compensation to onboard executive talent.
• Engage candidates and stay informed on industry developments and moves.
• Support succession planning initiatives for critical roles with Talent management.
• Provide market and candidate intelligence to enable hiring decisions.
• Build pools of talent using networking and database tools.
• Coach team on relationship management and recruiting expertise.
• Serve as relationship manager for global business leaders.
• Provide competitor insight and mapping for talent and org structures.
• Lead projects to develop Executive Talent Acquisition, CRM, data reporting and process improvements.
