This role requires strategic sourcing, market mapping, and strong relationship management across HR and business partners. You will build executive pipelines, provide compensation insights, and drive process improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years in-house executive talent acquisition or retained search.
• Experience recruiting senior business roles.
• Extensive network of senior talent in Wealth/Consumer Cards.
• Proven ability to engage senior candidates and present to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and crafting offers.
• Ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Managing Director level roles.
• Engage with senior leaders and HR partners on hiring strategy.
• Identify, attract, and assess executive candidates.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and talent mapping for decision making.
• Build talent pools using networks and databases.
• Collaborate on succession planning with Talent Management.
• Contribute to CRM, data reporting, and process improvements.
