Job summary

Directive Consulting seeks an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a high-performing recruitment team and own critical executive searches. You’ll shape hiring strategy, optimize operations, and ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences while managing Ashby and related systems.

You will partner with leaders across the business to scale our global recruiting efforts, drive data-driven decisions, and champion inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership managing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc.
• Proven success in executive and leadership hiring while owning full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, networking, and market mapping.
• Proficient in ATS tools with analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance TA team.
• Manage a portfolio of executive searches end-to-end.
• Define hiring strategies with business leaders and optimize processes.
• Drive ATS ownership, reporting, and data-driven improvements.
• Partner with executives to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in sourcing and hiring practices.
