Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Executive Talent Acquisition to shape hiring priorities and align them with business objectives. You will lead a high-performing recruiting team across functions, establish enterprise recruiting standards, and drive innovative practices to deliver scalable, compliant hiring outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders and HR partners to attract top talent, manage complex pipelines, and coach stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, workforce planning, or human resources.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Certification in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Project Management preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIR, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Frames the enterprise talent acquisition strategy, roadmap, and operating model to align with workforce plans and business needs.
• Influences senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on recruiting priorities and enterprise practices.
• Manages full life-cycle recruiting for select areas including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Designs and improves talent acquisition processes, tools, and decision frameworks for transparency and efficiency.
• Researches innovative practices and assessment methods to continuously improve hiring quality.
• Ensures recruitment files comply with OFCCP, AAP, EEO, and compensation guidelines.
• Leads strategy for candidate sourcing, including executive-level positions, with a focus on diversity.
