DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized roles.

You will advise hiring managers and executives, shaping sourcing strategies, and leveraging market intelligence and recruiting technologies to attract top talent. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, management, and executive level positions.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM systems, and other recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consultative partnerships with senior management and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Lead recruitment for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions through advanced sourcing, networking, and talent-mapping techniques.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Maintain and expand relationships with professional organizations, universities, and networking groups to strengthen pipelines.
• Champion best practices related to candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting technology, and process efficiency.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to Talent Acquisition team members regarding sourcing strategies and market insights.
