DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized roles.

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, guiding strategies with advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and recruiting technologies. You will partner with senior leaders to align recruiting with workforce goals, build diverse pipelines, and champion candidate experience and process efficiency in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment, recruiting professional, technical, management, and executive level positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consultative partnerships with senior management and hiring managers.
• Lead recruitment efforts for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions through advanced sourcing and talent-mapping.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to create recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with professional organizations and universities to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Champion best practices related to candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting technology, and process efficiency.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to Talent Acquisition team members on sourcing strategies and market insights.
