Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Proficient in candidate sourcing and engaging talent through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles including SDRs, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Customer Success and leadership hires as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and target candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process from application to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, making every interaction count.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Monitor and report on recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics to drive success.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events when needed.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future GTM hiring needs.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure an efficient and scalable hiring process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
