Ladders is seeking a Lead Recruiter | Executive to join our team and own executive-level recruiting across Director-level and above roles. This remote US-based position partners with senior leaders, shaping search strategies and delivering top leadership talent in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, building leadership pipelines, and creating effective assessment approaches. Strong market insight, judgment, and discretion are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex senior-level searches.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated fluency in unfamiliar functions.
• High level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong closing skills with senior candidates.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Recruiter | Executive to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own executive-level recruiting efforts with a focus on Director-level and above searches across key business functions. You will partner closely with senior leaders to understand evolving talent needs, shape thoughtful search strategies, and bring forward exceptional leadership candidates in a competitive market. The position calls for strong market insight, high judgment, and the ability to navigate sensitive searches with discretion while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
