Ideal candidates have 3+ years in staffing or recruiting, a proven sales record, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years of experience in the staffing industry.
• 3+ years of sales experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Talent Strategist with clients.
• Partner with C-level clients to guide hiring strategy and advise on leadership needs.
• Identify and engage high-impact executives for leadership roles and align talent with client goals.
• Lead outreach and engagement to promote staffing services across industries.
• Travel to visit clients in person and build strong client relationships.
