Responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition and development strategies across countries and functions.
• Lead executive, professional, operational, and high-volume recruitment efforts.
• Build leadership development programs, succession plans, and high-potential pipelines.
• Create clear career paths and internal mobility frameworks across markets.
