Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the end-to-end process from requisitions through offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology.
• Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, and professional roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday) and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across the organization.
• Present qualified candidates with assessments and recommendations to managers.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and communications throughout the process.
• Lead offer negotiations with HR and Compensation teams.
