Job summary

Nscale in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, DC Infrastructure - AMER to scale hiring across Data Center Infrastructure and Energy & Power teams. This player-coach role combines team leadership with hands-on sourcing and critical requisitions to deliver end-to-end recruitment in competitive US markets.

You will partner with senior leaders to align workforce plans, implement scalable processes, and build a data-driven function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on DC-related hiring.
• Experience leading and developing recruiting teams; strategic leader and hands-on contributor.
• Track record hiring senior, specialized, and leadership talent including director/executive levels.
• Experience supporting hiring in data centers from site identification to commissioning.
• Data-driven with experience in recruiting analytics to improve performance.
• Sourcing expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other modern tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and improving recruiting workflows.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and close effectively in competitive US markets.
• Familiarity with US hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters across US DC Infrastructure and Energy & Power hiring.
• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery, intake, sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing.
• Partner with business and executive leaders to translate workforce plans into scalable strategies.
• Evolve recruiting operations with tools, processes, and team structure to support growth.
• Lead high-impact, senior-level searches across DC Infrastructure and Energy & Power functions.
