Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Department Assistant to join our Data team in Los Angeles. You will support five executives by handling calendars, calls, expenses, visitors and office operations, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic insights.

This hybrid role combines administrative excellence with collaboration across Data Insights, Analytics, Engineering and Management. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of office experience are preferred; strong MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years general office experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative and office support activities for five executives
• Route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Manages calendars for all five executives, setting up and managing meetings, reserving conference rooms etc.
• Manages the expenses process for the five executives
• Receiving and directing visitors
