Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant to support the Head of Legal Operations and Counsel within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer. You will manage calendar scheduling, prepare legal documents, file records, and communicate with external attorneys and internal teams.

You will handle confidential matters with discretion, provide research and documentation, and contribute to a fast-paced legal operations environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency with e-signature tools (Adobe, DocuSign).
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate itineraries and submit monthly expense reports.
• File documents as needed and manage documentation.
• Handle high-volume scheduling and calls for executives.
• Liaise with external attorneys and internal departments.
• Provide administrative support to multiple executives and teams.
• Redline documents and review policies as needed.
