Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking an experienced operations and strategy leader to support the head of a global technical enablement organization. The role focuses on strategy, budgets, vendor management, and turning data into compelling leadership stories without owning delivery teams.

The candidate will orchestrate leadership rhythms, manage OCRs and forecasts, govern decisions, and partner with product, solutions engineering, and support to keep executives informed and ready for reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, chief-of-staff, or technical program management.
• Proven experience managing operational tech stacks, vendor relationships, and budgets (OPEX, business cases).
• Ability to write and speak at a leadership altitude and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking, documentation, follow-through, and action on decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and run the leadership operating rhythm (staff meetings, strategy planning, retrospectives).
• Drive the OKR lifecycle end to end (draft, cascade, track, mitigate risk).
• Govern the decision log with owners, dates, and follow-up actions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business-case development for enablement infrastructure.
• Manage vendor/platform lifecycles, renewals, and the enablement tech stack.
• Maintain a current walking deck narrative (org, strategy, OKR status, metrics, risks).
• Turn dashboards, learner throughput, CSAT into leadership narrative with analysts.
• Prepare the head for executive reviews, QBRs, skip-levels, escalations with dry-runs and briefs.
• Represent the head in forums as proxy and coordinate with product, product marketing, and support teams.
