Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Program Lead in Executive Operations to partner with senior leaders across the business. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating leadership priorities into clear plans, accountable owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes while moving critical initiatives forward.

You will own the executive operating cadence, develop executive briefing materials, and support cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS or business operations roles.
• Experience owning an executive operating rhythm from start to finish.
• Ability to translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and artifacts.
• Strong written communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own executive and leadership operating rhythms end-to-end, including agendas and follow-through.
• Translate discussions into decisions with owners, deadlines and next steps.
• Drive commitments to completion across teams and surface risks early.
• Produce drafts of executive briefing documents and leadership reporting.
• Build reporting in Google Sheets and Excel with clear commentary.
