0G is seeking a strategic leader to partner directly with the CEO and CFO, turning high-impact priorities into executable plans across strategy, operations, and finance. You will drive end-to-end initiatives, manage the executive rhythm, and distill complex information into decision-ready briefs for executive leadership.

The role requires strong problem-solving, exceptional communication, and the ability to operate with high agency and discretion, across the company and in confidential matters.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent high‑rigor roles.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end from CEO/CFO mandates to finished outcomes.
• Run the executive operating rhythm—leadership meetings, planning cycles, OKRs/goals, and follow-through on decisions.
• Synthesize and brief information into clear, decision-ready materials for the CEO and CFO.
• Coordinate across functions—align engineering, product, GTM, and partnerships; resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Support finance and corporate workstreams—partner on board, investor, and partner materials; financial analysis and narratives.
