Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise software or consulting roles.
• Experience with executive sponsorship and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate customer priorities into long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term strategy for a portfolio of UKG's most strategic customer relationships, increasing customer value, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes by defining governance frameworks and executive operating rhythms.
• Build trusted executive partnerships with C-suite leaders and expand engagement across multiple buying centers.
• Orchestrate enterprise execution by mobilizing cross-functional teams to execute against strategic priorities and remove barriers to success.
• Partner across the go-to-market organization to align long-term account strategy with commercial priorities and customer objectives.
