Job summary

Nextern is seeking a Strategic Account Director to own the relationship and drive multi-year, multi-million-dollar revenue across key OEM accounts. You will align R&D, Quality, and Operations to customer priorities while safeguarding company interests.

You will lead executive-level reviews, present strategic business cases, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on growth, risk mitigation, and product expansion opportunities, in a fast-paced manufacturing services context.

Qualifications

10+ years of customer-facing account management experience with large OEMs in CDMO/CMO or Medical Device environments.
Proven ability to manage complex, strategic accounts with multi-level stakeholder engagement.
Experience spanning NPD programs and sustaining/production operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as executive liaison for strategic accounts and own account strategy and annual plan.
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers across organizations.
Own contracts, milestones, and renewal timelines; manage forecast accuracy with customers.
