Job summary

3form, LLC. is seeking an OEM Account Director to drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition, retention, and expansion of OEM partnerships.

You will lead executive-level relationships, negotiate terms, and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure outstanding partner experiences. This role may be remote with regular travel to customer sites, industry events, and company facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM sales strategy focused on increasing revenue, market penetration, and profitability.
• Identify, target, and secure new OEM customers within strategic market segments.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Present business performance updates to executive leadership.
