A premier cruise line company is seeking talented Executive Sous Chefs for the 2026 season. The role involves producing diverse, healthy meals for guests and crew while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in restaurants or cruise ships. This full-time position requires living onboard for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in full-service resort, hotel, or cruise ship.
• ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with composure under pressure.
