BOULUD SUD Miami is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations in a luxury, full‑service hotel environment in Miami, FL. You will supervise cooks and staff, help develop menus with the Executive Chef, and ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while maintaining budget controls.

We value hands-on leadership, culinary excellence, and the ability to train and mentor a diverse team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year culinary degree preferred with formal culinary education.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead staff to maintain high food quality.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met across all kitchen areas.
• Develop and coach staff, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and supervise food preparation for all meals and functions.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and cost control.
