Highgate Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations at our Miami property. You will manage hot and cold stations, ensure high quality dishes, maintain portion control, and support training and development of staff in alignment with company standards.

You will monitor costs, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with F&B leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques and health department rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills for kitchen operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for hot and cold stations.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Train staff and conduct performance reviews in line with Highgate standards.
