The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection in Miami is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support Bourbon Steak’s culinary leadership. This hands-on leader partners with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring Michelin-level quality and luxury service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach a high-performing team, develop seasonal menus, manage costs, and maintain exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards across all kitchen

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years in culinary leadership within luxury or fine dining.
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Protection Certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the culinary team under the Executive Chef, ensuring efficiency and brand standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations from prep to service and expediting.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in a luxury setting.
• Ensure recipes, portions, and presentation are consistent with established standards.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff, fostering growth and high performance.
• Assist in creating and evolving seasonal menus for main dining and private events.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and cost controls to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food safety compliance across the kitchen.
