Job summary

The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations across dining rooms, bars, and service teams. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and drive a warm, welcoming atmosphere aligned with our luxury hotel.

You will supervise staff, manage labor costs, collaborate with culinary talent on menus and events, and uphold cleanliness and service excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership experience in high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise dining room, bar, and service staff, ensuring seamless operations and a welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with members, anticipating their preferences and delivering personalized service.
• Coordinate with the culinary team on menus, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of all dining areas per club standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and labor costs to achieve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for service and events.
• Resolve member/guest concerns promptly, focusing on service recovery and satisfaction.
• Implement service standards and suggest process improvements to elevate dining experience.
• Develop and manage budgets for labor, supplies, and operations to meet financial goals.
