Superica Winter Park is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including production, prep, private parties, and events. You will ensure the culinary staff can create all menu items to the highest standards and run the kitchen smoothly in the absence of the Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a Sous Chef role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, two of which in a Sous Chef capacity.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and lead a cohesive team.
• Strong budgeting, labor scheduling and overtime monitoring to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production/prep and events.
• Ensure culinary staff prepares menu items to the highest standards.
