Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking an Executive Sous Chef 1 to join our team and lead kitchen operations in a high-volume setting. Reports to the Executive Chef and acts as second in command, owning a cost center and ensuring guest satisfaction with culinary offerings.

The role includes menu development, staff supervision, inventory management, and daily production oversight to maintain Parkhurst Gold Standards and deliver exceptional meals for guests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience, with leadership roles
• Ability to manage food costs, portions, and waste within budget
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and enforcing safety and sanitation standards
