Superica at Krog Street Market is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, including production, events, and stewarding. The ideal candidate will ensure all menu items meet the highest standards and will run the kitchen smoothly in the Executive Chef's absence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, two of which in a Sous Chef capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across production/prep, private events, and stewarding.
• Ensure staff can create all menu items to the highest standards and run the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.
• Manage culinary budget, monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
