Superica - Charlotte is seeking a passionate Executive Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations at our vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of culinary production and manage the team in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive culinary experience, with two in a Sous Chef role.
