Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience; at least 2 years as a Sous Chef.
• Ability to lead a cohesive team and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across production, prep, and events.
• Ensure all menu items meet the highest standards of quality.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.
• Balance culinary budget and monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime.
• Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.
