Invited Clubs is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for The Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA. You will report to the Executive Chef and oversee daily kitchen operations, meal planning, procurement, and production while maintaining Invited’s high standards.

You will supervise kitchen staff, implement cost-control measures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This developmental role offers growth toward an Executive Chef position within a premier golf and country club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Food service management certification, Serve Safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Manage food costs, procurement, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Lead recruitment and development of kitchen team.
• Represent the club in member interactions and service excellence.
