Invited Clubs is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, VA. You will report to the Executive Chef, oversee daily kitchen operations, and manage meal production while ensuring Invited's high-quality standards and cost efficiency.

This developmental role prepares you for advancement to Executive Chef. You will supervise and mentor kitchen staff, manage inventory, and collaborate on menu development in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Food service management certification, Serve Safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production.
• Lead kitchen staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and licensing regulations.
• Maintain cost control and assist budget adherence.
