You will oversee daily kitchen operations, menu development, procurement, staff supervision, and cost controls to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient production while upholding health and safety standards.

This developmental role prepares the path to an Executive Chef position within a premier golf club community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Sous Chef experience.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Serve Safe food service management certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production to Invited’s standards.
• Lead menu development, forecasting, and production planning.
• Procure food supplies and manage inventory with cost controls.
• Supervise and develop kitchen staff; ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
• Monitor budgets and optimize labor and food costs.
• Represent the club in member interactions and maintain service excellence.
