Job summary

The Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA, is seeking a Director of Restaurants to lead daily food and beverage operations within Invited’s premier private club portfolio. You will collaborate with the F&B leadership and Executive Chef to deliver outstanding member experiences and drive revenue performance.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage service across multiple outlets, oversee staffing, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and mentor a team focused on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in club management or related role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience handling highly confidential member and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional member relations and facilities through staffing, programming, service operations, and maintenance.
• Oversee 1–4 F&B outlets and ensure consistent quality and staffing coordination.
• Coordinate front-of-house scheduling to meet budgeted labor targets and monitor time reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation regulations, and staff training programs.
• Develop staff through performance reviews, cross-training, and developmental planning.
