Job summary

Invited Clubs invites applications for a General Manager at The Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA. This leadership role steers strategy, operations, and member growth across all club departments to deliver exceptional service and financial performance.

You will build an effective leadership team, manage budgets, and ensure GAAP compliance while upholding Invited’s standards of hospitality and member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of budgeting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; hospitality management experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy for the club.
• Monitor performance against plans and adjust to meet revenue targets.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, F&B, Golf Operations, Member Experience, and Sales.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Drive member engagement and retention through superior service and programming.
