Invited Clubs is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at Engineers Country Club in Roslyn Harbor, NY. This role partners with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, menu development, and production while upholding Invited’s high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

The Executive Sous Chef will drive cost controls, ensure food safety compliance, and mentor staff, with potential pathway toward an Executive Chef position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Food service management certification (Serve Safe).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production.
• Lead menu planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Supervise and schedule kitchen staff; ensure teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
