Job summary

Rocket Farm Restaurants LLC in Atlanta's Piedmont Heights is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, including production, prep, private events, and stewarding, and to maintain the highest culinary standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a Sous Chef, and the ability to manage budgets and labor while fostering teamwork under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, two of which in a Sous Chef capacity.
• Detail-oriented and able to lead a cohesive team.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across production/prep, private events, and stewarding.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
• Manage culinary budget, labor, scheduling and overtime to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
