Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, two of which in a Sous Chef capacity.
• Ability to lead a cohesive team under pressure and manage kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production/prep, private events, stewarding, purchasing and receiving.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards and kitchen runs professionally in the Executive Chef's absence.
