Job summary

Azend Pharma is seeking an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our C-suite. The role emphasizes discretion, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience supporting executives, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Anticipate executives' needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Coordinate and organise executive events, meetings, and agendas.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and assist in prioritising workload.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities
