Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter in Bridgewater, NJ to independently source, identify, and network, and to contribute to the team’s success.

The role drives the executive candidate experience and supports aggressive talent acquisition efforts. The candidate will build pipelines of diverse consulting talent, coach hiring managers, and represent the company at events while maintaining ATS data and weekly updates.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility; with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Documented success in Executive Search services within a Consulting Practice.
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and manage the executive candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation.
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse consulting talent related to current openings and potential new business initiatives.
• Effectively coach hiring managers on interview and selection process.
• Fosters an environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and communication.
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness amongst qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool.
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events.
• Maintains candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provides weekly updates.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors.
