Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to independently source, identify, and network while driving the executive candidate experience through the full hiring process.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive recruiting, including executive search, with life sciences recruiting preferred. Base salary ranges $80,000–$115,000 annually plus potential quarterly commissions/bonus. Remote work option within the United States is supported.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility, including executive search
• Documented success in Executive Search services within a Consulting Practice
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Drive and manage the executive candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse consulting talent related to current openings and potential new business initiatives
• Coach hiring managers on interview and selection process
• Foster an environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and communication
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness among qualified job seekers and increase candidate pool diversity
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events
• Maintain candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provide weekly updates
• Monitor industry trends and competitors
