Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting with at least 3 years in executive search.
• Executive search experience within a Consulting Practice.
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the executive candidate experience through the selection process including offer negotiation.
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse consulting talent related to current openings and potential new business initiatives.
• Effectively coach hiring managers on interview and selection process.
• Fosters an environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and communication.
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness amongst qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool.
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events.
• Maintains candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provides weekly updates.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors.
