Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter in Newtown, PA to independently source, identify, and network with executive-level candidates.

You will drive the candidate experience through the selection process and negotiate offers, while building diverse talent pipelines for current openings and potential initiatives. The role requires 7+ years in progressive recruiting, especially in executive search within a consulting setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility; with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Documented success in Executive Search services within a Consulting Practice.
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilités

• Drive and manage the executive candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation.
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse consulting talent related to current openings and potential new business initiatives.
• Effectively coach hiring managers on interview and selection process.
• Fosters an environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and communication.
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness amongst qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool.
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events.
• Maintains candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provides weekly updates.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors.
