H&P Executive Search is hiring in Miami for an executive search consultant. You’ll learn to identify top talent, build senior relationships, and manage searches from start to finish with a meritocratic environment.

Salary: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission. (Realistic Year 1 earnings of $60,000–$80,000)

Our consultants work on high-value executive search mandates, connecting leading businesses with exceptional senior talent. Recent US fees include $2m, $850k and $650k, reflecting the seniority and value of the mandates we work on.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the executive search process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Becoming a market specialist within the US legal market.
• Building relationships with senior candidates and clients across the US East Coast.
• Developing new business and learning how to originate high-value executive search mandates.
• Identifying, assessing and engaging senior professionals for confidential executive search assignments.
• Working closely with experienced consultants and directors on live executive search mandates.
• Developing your sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Building a long-term career as an executive search consultant, with the opportunity to progress quickly based on performance.
