Responsibilities

• Manage the executive search process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Become a market specialist within the US legal market.
• Build relationships with senior candidates and clients across the US East Coast.
• Develop new business and originate high-value executive search mandates.
• Identify, assess and engage senior professionals for confidential assignments.
• Work with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates.
• Develop your sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Progress quickly based on performance in a long-term executive search career.
