My client is expanding their Miami footprint and growing their recruitment and executive search firm. They would love to speak with entry level graduates or experienced sales/recruitment professionals looking to progress their earnings and career to the next level.

Day to Day?

• You will be running a full desk with the opportunity to recruit for existing cliental as well as bring on new business
• Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
• Headhunting candidates using multiple resources to find the best quality candidates
• Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
• Focusing on executive search, business development and consulting
• Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, this could involve exciting travel opportunities as well!
• They are hiring for our UK, European and US markets and even offer the opportunity of relocation options in the future to their global offices
