Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager on the Executive Risk and Cyber team. You will be the main liaison for assigned clients, coordinating documents, proposals, and coverage while ensuring timely service and accurate policy records.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a Property/Casualty license, and at least 3 years in customer service or related insurance roles, with additional licenses encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain it.
• Experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for identified Executive Risk and Cyber clients.
• Coordinate the marketing process, prepare proposals, and bind coverage.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and provide admin support.
• Assist clients with insurance needs and collaborate with the team to meet agency goals.
