Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Manager for the Executive Risk & Cyber team in Missouri. You will serve as the main contact for identified clients, overseeing document preparation and ensuring timely service delivery.

You’ll coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation while providing strong client support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Property/Casualty license or ability to attain one.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain license is required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance with a carrier or broker is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary Liability products is a plus.
• Active pursuit of ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance is encouraged.

A day in the life.

As our Client Manager on the Executive Risk and Cyber team, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for identified Executive Risk and Cyber clients, responding promptly to requests and overseeing the preparation of necessary documents. You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role involves coordinating the marketing process, preparing proposals, binding coverage, and maintaining accurate policy documentation. You will also provide administrative support, assist clients with their insurance needs, and collaborate with team members to drive agency goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• 3+ years of experience working in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred

• Actively pursue ongoing professional development and relevant certifications, maintaining all required continuing education to keep licenses current
