Job summary

RCM&D is seeking a Client Manager, Executive Risk, to oversee a portfolio of Management Liability accounts and serve as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams. You will lead the full client service lifecycle, including renewals, coverage analysis, marketing and placement, and strategic risk consultation to drive growth while ensuring high-quality, compliant service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Underwriting or Brokering of D&O, EPL, F/L, Crime and Professional Liability.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Client-focused with ability to meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of commercial client accounts and act as a primary point of contact.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management and insurance coverage.
• Partner with Client Executives, Risk Advisors, and carriers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Market renewals and new lines including analyzing and negotiating quotes.
• Proactively coordinate broking around renewal cycles according to established service timelines and standards
• Support the placement of Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability programs based on client needs and risk profiles.
• Negotiate with carriers to obtain competitive coverage terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Review binders and policies for accuracy and alignment with negotiated coverage terms.
• Prepare proposals, coverage comparisons, and policy reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and transactions in EPIC.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of policies, contracts, and deliverables.
• Meet renewal deadlines and manage service timelines.
• Maintain compliance with E&O standards and audits (90%+ rating).
• Collaborate with internal departments and external carriers.
• Partner with internal teams to prepare submissions, respond to underwriter questions, and evaluate coverage options and quotes.
• Support seamless coordination across service teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in stewardship planning and client meetings.
• Identify cross-selling and revenue growth opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends and industry standards.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and service processes.
