Unison Risk Advisors seeks a Client Manager, Executive Risk to oversee a portfolio of Management Liability accounts, serving as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams. You will guide renewals, coverage analysis, and strategic risk management to ensure optimal solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Underwriting or brokering of D&O, EPL, F/L, Crime and Professional Liability.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Client-focused with ability to meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a book of commercial client accounts and act as a primary point of contact.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management and insurance coverage.
• Partner with Client Executives, Risk Advisors, and carriers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Market renewals and new lines including analyzing and negotiating quotes.
• Proactively coordinate broking around renewal cycles according to service timelines and standards.
• Prepare proposals, coverage comparisons, and policy reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and transactions in EPIC.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of policies, contracts, and deliverables.
• Meet renewal deadlines and manage service timelines.
• Maintain compliance with E&O standards and audits (90%+ rating).
• Collaborate with internal departments and external carriers.
• Identify cross-selling and revenue growth opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends and industry standards.
• Recommend workflow and service process improvements.

Client Manager, Executive Risk – Job Description

The Client Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of Management Liabilityinsurance accounts, serving as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams. This role oversees the full client service lifecycle including renewals, coverage analysis, and strategic consultation to ensure optimal risk management solutions. The position supports organizational growth through client retention, relationship development, and delivery of high-quality, compliant service while balancing both execution and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Ownership

• Own and manage a book of commercial client accounts and act as a primary point of contact.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management and insurance coverage.
• Partner with Client Executives, Risk Advisors, and carriers to deliver tailored solutions.

Hands-On Execution & Delivery

• Market renewals and new lines including analyzing and negotiating quotes.
• Proactively coordinate broking around renewal cycles according to established service timelines and standards

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Underwriting or Brokering of D&O, EPL, F/L, Crime and Professional Liability
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Client-focused with ability to meet stakeholder expectations.

Preferred

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of Management Liability experience
• Insurance designations such as MLIS or RPLU.
• Experience with Applied EPIC.
• Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 annually. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
